Newsflash 7/28/08 Allocation Committee Chair Frank Bossle of the newly initiated Johns Hopkins Neighborhood Fund announced a grant award to the school today to help in the purchase of new text books and classroom materials. This grant was supported by several JHU staff who volunteer at the school and is an effort to partner with communities that border the campus.  These funds will enable us to purchase new biology textbooks and replace our grammar books which are more than 20 years old.  Thank you to all of those at the Neighborhood Fund and the workers of The Johns Hopkins University who contributed to this fund and made this grant possible.
